Faux Floral Care

Although our faux florals are artificial, they are still delicate and require careful handling. We ask that you treat them just as you would fresh florals to help prevent foliage loss, bending, or breakage.

Care, travel, and setup instructions will be provided with your rental order to ensure your florals arrive at your event and are returned in beautiful condition.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

We understand that sometimes unexpected circumstances arise and plans need to change. If you need to cancel your event, please contact us as soon as possible.

However, the 50% reservation deposit is non-refundable, as your event date and rental items have been reserved specifically for you.

If your event is rescheduled rather than canceled, we will do our best to transfer your deposit and rental reservation to a new available date. Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be arranged in advance.

Cancellations made after the final balance has been paid will be reviewed based on the timing of the cancellation and any preparation, delivery, floral, or other services already completed.

Rental Payment & Pickup Policy

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to reserve your rentals and event date. The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than one week prior to your event.

Rental items may be picked up the day before your event and must be returned the following day, unless other arrangements have been made in advance.

For added convenience, delivery, setup, and additional event services are available as add-on options.
